The Factory Music Group is opening 3 places in a pilot residency for music tech entrepreneurs, builders, and label-minded operators ready to build alongside us — the first test of a venture studio. We are looking for forward-thinking global labels and builders.

Since 2024, The Factory Music Group has worked to give independent labels and artists the same shot the majors get. This pilot is the next step in that mission — backed by founder Chris Hocking's 20+ years at the intersection of music, technology, and rights.

Before we go big, we're going small and honest: a 6-month pilot, 3 places, here in Athens. You'll be working directly with Chris to shape what this becomes.
